Snow mushrooms start colonising from March and grow well into September. It produces white, frond-like, gelatinous basidiocarps.
It is very high in dietary fibre, offering 178% of the daily recommended intake. It aids in the natural production of collagen, a structural protein that gives density and volume to the skin. It has high levels of Vitamin D which will help replenish calcium we lose on a daily basis.
